BOARDING FORM

We are happy to assist our clients and local community in this way. To board your pet we require a few things:

1. Proof of an up to date Rabies Vaccination given by a licensed veterinarian

2. Proof of an up to date Distemper Vaccination

3. Proof of an up to date Bordetella Vaccination (dogs only)

4. Flea/Tick preventative

5. We have seen your pet within the last calendar year

Please note:

Full payment for stay is expected at time of pick up.

"One night” is considered any time after 1pm.

Weekend pick up (no drop off) typically available, Saturdays 9-12pm & Sundays 6-6:30p, unless it is a holiday weekend.

Dogs

One dog run price: $30/night

Additional dog price (same run): $15/night

Cats

One cat kennel price: $25.00/night

Additional cat price (same kennel): $12.50/night
