No clinic is complete without a cat! I am the longest tenured employee and have decided I’m in it for life! I oversee the events around here and am happy to greet you. I always enjoy a good head rub!

Abbi - client service representative

Abby has been shadowing with Dr. Elise for a few years, and started as full-time staff in 2023. Abbi completed her undergraduate degree at USD and is planning to pursue veterinary school. Abbi enjoys helping our wonderful clients and is always a warm, smiling face to have around the clinic.

LEslie - Vet TECH

Leslie started with our staff in the summer of 2024, and has been a great addition to the crew! She attended SEC and currently resides in Sioux Falls with her boyfriend and their furry friends.

In her spare time, Leslie enjoys riding motorcycles, going to concerts, and relaxing at home.

CHARLEE - VET ASSISTANT

Charlee is one of the newest members of the Beresford Vet Clinic crew! She previously worked in a few clinics in Iowa, and loves working with your pets. She especially has an interest in cats and feline behavior. In her spare time, you’ll find her at home with her many pets, or hanging out with friends and family.

ALLISON - VET ASSISTANT

Allison is another new face at the clinic as of 2024. She attended school in Mitchell, SD, for Animal Science, and has recently relocated back to the area with her family. We are excited to have her join our team and be able to help all your animals!

Elly - Kennel tech

Elly is a freshman at SDSU majoring in animal science, with focus to attend vet school in the future! She helps keep the place running by taking care of boarding dogs and helping it be well-kept while home from college. She has a passion for large animal and rescue animals.

BRAYDEN - KENNEL tECH

Brayden has been at BVC for a few years. He enjoys doing kennel work while also helping with the occasional appointment - large or small animal. He is attending SEC in pursuit of a veterinary technician degree. We will see him a little less but cannot wait to use what he learns at school back at the clinic!

Dexton - kennel tech

Dexton has now been with us for a little over a year. He enjoys working with the cats most, but enjoys his dog, Mac, at home. He not only works at the clinic but competes in football, wrestling and track for the Watchdogs! We love having him here at the clinic while also cheering him on when not working!

Mya - kennel tech

One of our newest members, Mya, just graduated high school from Centerville this Spring. She has been learning the ropes on taking care of your furry family members and is loving every minute. Her future plans are to attend SEC to be a certified veterinary technician.

Dakota - kennel tech

Dakota’s passion for animals led her to take a job at the clinic while attending Beresford High School. She always has a positive attitude and is willing to help out where needed. She enjoys science classes and may even want to be in the veterinary field some day!

Ethan - kennel tech

Ethan is a Senior at Beresford High School and is a very talented musician and actor! We love to watch him do this thing at various concerts and productions. He also is very involved in FFA and has his own flock of sheep. He plans to attend Black Hills State and pursue a degree in special education.

amber - kennel tech

Amber is a Junior at Beresford High School and participates in volleyball, FFA and HOSA. Her own animals keep her very busy and on her toes. She enjoys spending time with her two German Shepherds, goats, and many chickens. Her plans are to attend college in the future to hopefully become a veterinarian some day.
